1. All members of Moose International shall abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, and policies of the Organization.

2. No member shall engage in conduct which is illegal or violates the rights of others as set forth in the Constitution, Bylaws, or policies of Moose International.

3. All members are expected to maintain the highest standards of personal integrity, moral character and good citizenship.

4. Members should avoid any activity which would reflect unfavorably upon the name or reputation of Moose International.

5. Members should uphold and obey the laws of their country, state/province, and community.

6. No member shall use his/her position in Moose International for personal gain or advantage nor accept payment for services rendered on behalf of Moose International except as authorized by law or regulation promulgated by vote of the Supreme Council pursuant to Article XIX hereof provided that nothing herein contained shall preclude a salaried employee from receiving salary and benefits paid by Moose International . . .

Moose International Bylaws 2022

1. Moose International shall be the supreme governing body of all Moose Lodges and Clubs throughout the world.

2. The membership of Moose International shall be composed of one representative from each Lodge or Club in good standing, to be elected by said Lodge or Club.

3. The officers of Moose International shall be a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, who shall be elected by the membership at the annual convention.

4. The Board of Directors of Moose International shall consist of the officers and eight members at large, to be elected by the membership at the annual convention.

5. The executive staff of Moose International shall consist of a General Manager and such other employees as may be deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.

6. It shall be the duty of Moose International to promote harmonious relations among all Lodges and Clubs; to encourage their growth and efficiency; to collect and disseminate information concerning their activities; and generally to do whatever may be deemed conducive to their welfare. In furtherance thereof, it may publish suitable literature; hold conventions at such times and places as may be determined upon; grant charters for new Lodges or Clubs; provide for their supervision; establish rules for their government not inconsistent with these Bylaws or those promulgated by their several Grand Lodges or Boards of Officers; suspend or revoke charters when necessary for just cause shown after due hearing had both before itself and before such Grand Lodge or Board if so required therebyufffd

Moose Lodge Membership Rules
