Obtaining Blue Flame
In order to get Blue Flame to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, you will need to find it first. Blue Flame can be found by completing the “Lanterns of Hyrule” quest. This quest is started by speaking to Impa in Kakariko Village. Once you have completed the quest, Blue Flame will appear in the chest at the Ancient Tech Lab.
Finding and defeating a Lizalfos
In order to obtain blue flame for the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, you will need to find and defeat a Lizalfos. These ferocious enemies can be found in many places throughout Hyrule, but they are most commonly found in the Eldin region.
Once you have located a Lizalfos, you will need to defeat it in combat. This can be a difficult task, as Lizalfos are quite skilled fighters. However, there are a few things you can do to give yourself an advantage in battle. First, make sure to have plenty of food and potions with you. These will help you restore your health and stamina during the fight. Second, try to attack the Lizalfos when it is not expecting it. If you can get the first few hits in, it will be much easier to take down the creature. Finally, pay attention to its movements and patterns. If you can predict its attacks, you will be able to avoid them easily.
Once you have defeated the Lizalfos, collect its remains and take them back to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. There, they will be able to extract the blue flame from its body and use it to power their ancient machines.
Finding and defeating a Talus
To find a Talus, look for a very large, rocky creature that’s usually near a mountain peak. You can also spot them by their blue glowing cores. Attack the Talus until it’s defeated, then cut open its body to retrieve a glowing blue stone.
Getting to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab
In order to get to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, you will need to go to the East Akkala Stable. Once you’re at the stable, take the north path and go past the waterfall. You will see a lavafall to the east – this is the path you need to take. Follow it until you reach the tech lab.
Fast travel to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab
In order to get to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, you’ll need to take the fast travel point at the Eastern Abbey in the Akkala Highlands region. To get there, head to the Central Tower and then travel east until you reach the Akkala Highlands. From there, follow the road north until you see the Eastern Abbey on your left-hand side.
Using the Sheikah Slate
Link can use the Sheikah Slate’s Map function to find the nearby ancient shrine. The shrine is located west of the Akkala Citadel Ruins. There is a stone platform in front of the shrine that Link can use to warp there using the Sheikah Slate.
Using Blue Flame
Blue Flame is a very powerful tool, and is necessary to fully power the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. You’ll need to use Blue Flame to light all of the torches in the Lab to fully power it up. Luckily, Blue Flame is easy to find and use.
Activating the furnace
In order to activate the furnace in the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, you need to obtain three Blue Flame spirits. These are found by killing the blue-flamed Lizalfos that appear in the wilds of Hyrule. Once you have all three, take them back to the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab and place them in the three braziers next to the furnace. This will cause it to light and allow you to use it.
Forging Ancient Weapons and Armor
In order to access the blue flame needed to create ancient weapons and armor, you’ll need to light all of the forges at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. To do so, use a fireproof elixir and then jump into each of the four active lava pits around the lab. After a few moments, you’ll be able to swim up to the surface and claim your prize – a piece of blue-hot metal that’s perfect for forging!
