We proudly serve Stumptown Coffee mostly organic and/or directly traded beans. You will always find a well stocked selection of at least 4 types of bagged beans for sale. We receive new beans twice a week, and we will even order your favorite bean if it is not in stock!

| Stumptown’s famed Hair Bender blend is used for most of our espresso drinks and specials. Some of our blends and single-origin varietals that you can sometimes taste are:Hair Bender: A complex espresso blend featuring coffee components from three major growing regions of Latin America, East Africa and the Pacific Rim with floral notes of jasmine, sweet citrus, milk chocolate and caramel. Holler Mountain: Organic and direct trade a semi-washed coffee from the Aceh Province of the Sumatra Island in Indonesia adds a syrupy sweetness and a viscous body. This carefully constructed blend combines elegant Central and South American coffees and the darker toned earthy Indonesian coffees. |
Guatemala Finca El Injerto: Direct Trade. From Guatemala’s famed Huehuetenango region tucked away just below the Mexican border between 1500-1900 meters above sea level. Fragrance of jasmine mutates into flavors of dutch chocolate, roasted almonds, meyer lemon and plum finishing with chamomile tea like grace.Ethiopia Mordecofe Natural: Organic and Direct Trade. A naturally processed coffee, picked at the height of ripeness, transforming coffee cherry to seed, and then sent to dry on raised beds with mucilage and cherry skin intact on the beans. Flavors of ripe peach, blueberry, apricot and cane sugar.Indonesia Gajah Aceh: Organic and Direct Trade. From the Aceh Profince of the Islands of Sumatra. Aromas of blackberry and tamarind with cup flavors of blackberry, plum, and butter caramel. |
